Getting enough done in a timely meeting
is often a huge hurdle. Navigating from idea through
discussion to decision and action can be a
journey littered with interpersonal dynamics, emotion, varried
agendas and mixed messages. Does it have to be that way?
Meeting: n. 1. The act, process or instance of
coming together for a common purpose.

Our
Approach
Open Range Consulting brings an
integrated approach to facilitating the coming together of
people. A meeting, like a team, is a collection of individuals who
bring a history, expertise and perspective to the table. Our
process allows each participant to have a stake in the meeting and a
hand in the outcome. Through active facilitation we ensure that no
voice or perspective is dominant, drown out or run over. We believe
that each person being heard completely, with a close eye on time,
produces an outcome that satisfies not only the agenda, but the
spirit and commitment of each participant.
Unfenced Ideas
Open Range Consulting is founded
on the conviction that people work best when they are collaborating
in an atmosphere of support, open expression and results focus. We
will help you craft the physical spaces and meeting strategies that
will allow people to be their best and let their creativity run. We
use interactive, experiential processes that help people understand
the basics of working together and communicating effectively.
Commitment
Open Range staff are committed
to helping organizations and individuals work more effectively
together. We require commitment as well. Changing the "way things
are done" is not a quick fix or band-aid solution, but rather the
essential first steps toward building lasting change and an
atmosphere people thrive in.
Look forward to being together as a way to
energize and recommit to the organization and your personal best.
