Leider:
Andy brings more than 17 years of
educational and corporate training experience  to Open Range Consulting. As the
Director of On The Edge Productions, Mr. Leider planned and
facilitated business, non-profit and educational team and
leadership development programs nationwide. His clients
included Fortune 500 companies, universities and local small
business and service organizations. He specializes in
developing individual and team learning experiences that
provide open space for collaboration. Mr. Leider is also the
past Executive Director of the Edges Coaching Community. He is

Cari L.
Hanson:
 Cari is the Founder of
The Ripple Project, a non-profit providing sustainable women’s
development training in South
Africa. With 12 years of
experience as a development director and event planner for
organizations in the Northwest, Cari brings an experienced,
creative eye to Open Range Consulting. She has coordinated a
variety of meetings and events, including award ceremonies,
auctions, fundraisers, tournaments, educational conferences
and gala dinners. Ms. Hanson specializes in non-profit
management and organization, program design, large group
